About Me Ian Smith

I am Ian Smith, a clinical hypnotherapist and thought field therapist who founded Quays Clinic of Hypnotherapy in 2005. My interest in hypnotherapy began many years ago. Still, it was only brought to fruition after being medically discharged from the armed services after serving many years as a soldier.

I studied at the Northern College of Clinical Hypnosis and am dedicated to continued learning in clinical hypnotherapy and thought field therapy. Over the years I have been in full-time practice, I have achieved many specialist qualifications in stop-smoking hypnosis and metaphysical hypnosis.

My professional qualifications:

  • Member of The United Fellowship of Hypnotherapists Association. (M.U.F.H)
  • Certified Instructor of Self-Hypnosis Minnesota Institute Of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy (C.I.S.H)
  • Diploma with Distinction in Clinical Hypnosis (Northern College) (D.Hyp)
